Scheme of the budget process:

  • the sales budget consists of individual project budgets;
  • each project consists of tasks that are combined into groups or stages;
  • resources (specialists) involved in its implementation are attached to each task;
  • Sales rates (prices) are set for each resource
  • revenues from the project are defined as the product of the number of resources and the corresponding rates;
  • standard/normative income can be adjusted depending on, for example, the type of client;
